Fix build: syntax errors, duplicate useEffects, import paths

- Fixed broken useEffect syntax in 4 owner pages (bookings, calendar, profits, properties)
- Removed duplicate useEffect blocks
- Fixed ClientLayout import path for AuthService (../ -> ./)
